I’m regular customer with radisson blu group for years and this is the first time that I’m I staying for 9 nights in park inn atasahier with excellent accommodations and reception personnel services. First of all I would like to thank Mr. Cahit for his dedication, supportive, and resolving issues. He is customer oriented and always satisfying the customers. There is an issue with house keeping that the hotel management needs to fix it to make sure rooms are cleaned daily. The pillows and mattresses are over used and need to be replaced with new one. I checked out the hotel for couples of days and will come back again because of Mr. Cahit fixed all issues and made my stay comfortable.

Everyone likes to deal with professionals, and me is not an exception. I would like to thank all gents and ladies who work in Park Inn Atashehir: you are professionals in hospitality service; from my first day until the end of my stay I was feeling a lot of care with politeness and respect. All my requests were satisfied quickly, I got support with local calls and with everything I needed for my comfort. Thanks a lot, this is my best experience of staying in a hotel. Hotel is located a bit far from the center of Istanbul. If that is not critical for you, then this hotel is a great choice.

I like that Park Inn defined as a standard to clean the room only every second day. This is really a contribution to the Environment. Of course choose dayly cleaning as well. So in the end it is your decision. But in the past there was no possibility to significantly reduce the Service Level. Very well done!

Room is Good value for money. Breakfast is okay for the price. CONS: some kind of problem with water pipes - very strange and loud noises during midnight, which made me wake up several times. Also, walls are very thin and any movement or speaking in corridor can be disturbance for sleep or relaxing.

Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Area is quiet so you can sleep with no disturbance. Parking facility is really good and safe. Staff are polite and helpful. Beds are really comfortable. Has a McDonalds and many other places to eat in walking distance too.
